It is a complex and enduring wine. It is composed by 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc. These vines are cultivated on calcareous marl soils and by using the Guyot method.

Aging:
1 year in 50% steel barrels and 50% oak barrels.
Refining:
1 year in bottles at a controlled temperature.
Colour:
Bright yellow with antique gold hues.
Aroma:
Beeswax, apricots and honey.
Flavour:
Balanced with finesse, good structure and enveloping complexity.
Alcohol Volume:
13.5%
