Aging:
7 Months 50% in steel tanks, 50% in oak barrels.
Refining:
2 months in bottles at a controlled temperature.

Dark ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma:
Raw meat, ripe fruit, blackberry and plum.
Flavour:
Soft and warm , perfect balance between acidity and tannins.
