Rich ruby red in color with notes of ripe red fruit and delicate hints of vanilla this slightly tannic, full bodied red wine is a blend of 60% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino, 15% Merlot with other red grapes making up the other 20%. Aged 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle. Pairs with red meat and spicy cheese.

Elegant, persistent, refined, and fruity with notes of spice: the noes has aromas of underbrush, and red berries.
Taste:
Good structure, soft, voluptuous. The tannins and the acidity are well-balanced. Long fruity finish.
